Scheduling an Appointment

Appointments are scheduled on an annual basis for the Baseline, 1-Year and 2-Year Time Points. We make appointments for the Clinical Interview as well as the Psychophysiology Assessment. To schedule an appointment, please contact your local office: San Francisco Bay Area or New York.

We understand that police work and academy training, by nature, are time-intensive activities that require incredible flexibility. We do our best to accommodate shift changes and can reschedule appointments as-needed, but in order to do this, we need your help to keep our office operating smoothly. Please contact us if you need to change, reschedule, or cancel an appointment
