Thomas Metzler is the primary biostatistician and psychophysiology lab manager of the Police Stress and Health Program.

Mr. Metzler has been with the PTSD Research Program since 1991 and has contributed significantly to the design, data management and analyses of numerous studies in PTSD, including those with emergency services personnel and police officers. In addition, Mr. Metzler oversees the measurement of psychophysiological responses (heart rate, blood pressure, sweat gland activity) in police personnel and individuals with PTSD.

Mr. Metzler has contributed significantly to the field of PTSD research and has played a key role in data oversight in preparation for manuscript publications.
